PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion runs from 16/10/2025 to 26/10/2025 or until cancelled by the Organizer.
PARTICIPATION
Any natural person over the age of 18 who receives a discount code and subsequently makes a purchase on www.marcus.sk and applies the discount code in the cart in the “Discount code” section may participate in the Promotion.
The €5 discount code can be used exclusively for MARCUS brand products where the total value of purchased goods exceeds €30 incl. VAT. The discount does not apply to shipping or other services. The discount does not apply to already discounted products.
The €5 discount code for a next purchase can be used exclusively for orders where the total value of purchased goods exceeds €50 incl. VAT, and this amount does not include shipping or other service charges.
HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS
The €5 discount code means a discount of €5 on MARCUS brand products where the total value of purchased goods exceeds €30 incl. VAT, purchased on the Organizer’s website www.marcus.sk.
The €5 discount code for a next purchase means a discount of €5 incl. VAT on a purchase made on the Organizer’s website www.marcus.sk.
The discount code is single-use; discounts cannot be accumulated or combined.
The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.
EXCLUSION FROM THE PROMOTION
Persons who do not comply with the Promotion rules or in any way fail to meet the Promotion rules are excluded from participation.
The Organizer is entitled to definitively exclude any participant suspected of having participated through fraudulent conduct or conduct contrary to good morals that may influence the results of the Promotion. The Organizer’s decision is final, with no right of appeal.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
No personal data is required to obtain the discount.
FINAL PROVISIONS
By this Promotion, the Organizer assumes no other obligations towards participants and participants are not entitled to any other performance from the Organizer beyond what is stated in these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, interrupt, cancel, or amend the Promotion and its rules, even without stating a reason. In the event of changes to the conditions and rules, the Organizer will inform participants by an announcement on the Promotion website.
The Organizer is entitled to check fulfillment of all conditions for participation and, in the event of a dispute, to assess and finally decide any issue connected with the Promotion. Any objections and information about the Promotion may be sent in writing to the Organizer’s address: MARCUS TRADE, s.r.o., Oravský Podzámok 132, 027 41 Oravský Podzámok.
